EDK invites qualified and reputable companies, businesses, firms, and individuals to submit proposals for This project involves conducting a Project Survey for a nationwide fiber optic route extending from South to North of Iraq, with an approximate total length of 4500 km. The survey aims to define the general route alignment, identify critical locations, and prepare indicative quantities to support design and execution phases. The required services will be based on provincial rate structures, covering a range of service categories as detailed in the official bidding documents.

IMPORTANT: Please be informed that application to Fiber X tenders is free of charge. Fiber X doesn’t request any kind of fees for tender applications. Fiber X encourages broad participation from all eligible and qualified service providers.

How to Submit  

• ITB to be submitted via e-mail to  :tenders@edk.iq    

• Offers submitted after the ​deadline will be excluded.                             

• Non stamped Tender and Financial files will be excluded. Please use signed Tender and financial file with IRW stamp for your submission. 

• Offers without the requested documents of (Company profile, Registration etc..) will be excluded.                             

• Unit price must be in IQD currency
